This is a story of Simba (Swahili for lion) who is to inherit his father’s kingship ‘king Mufasa’. However samba’s uncle ‘scar’ murders King Mufasa, whose death was named the most iconic death scene in the film, making Simba believe that he was responsible for his father’s death.
After the death of his father Simba is forced to flee into exile, but then samba is convinced by his childhood friends (rafiki) to return and challenge scar in order to end his tyranny and take back his father’s kingdom.
The battle for pride rock is ravaged with tragedy, drama and betrayal as samba is exiled as everyone in the kingdom celebrates the arrival of a new cub. Before samba tries to idolize his father’s king ship, a former heir to the throne ‘Scar’ king Mufasa’s brother has his own plans to overthrow the throne.
